Rate Radar comes with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to competitor rate monitoring, parity alerts, and Signals.
You’ll be prompted to subscribe to continue using Rate Radar. If you don’t, your account is paused and kept for 12 months. No charges.
Rate Radar is billed through Paddle in your local currency. Pay monthly with no commitment, or annually upfront and get one month free. Clarity, Insight and Predict have a 12-month minimum, paid monthly, and we agree the payment method with you when you sign up.
Yes, with different mechanics per tier. Rate Radar is billed monthly with no commitment, or annually upfront: pay 11 months and get 12 (one month free). Clarity, Insight and Predict are 1-year contracts billed monthly; the discounted Rate Radar price already reflects the annual commitment. The choice is made when you convert from your 7-day free trial, with no commitment until then.
Standard per-room pricing for Clarity, Insight and Predict applies to properties with 40 rooms or more. If your hotel has fewer than 40 rooms, get in touch and we’ll put together a custom quote.
Rate Radar on monthly billing can be cancelled anytime from your account settings. Annual Rate Radar runs to the end of the prepaid year. Clarity, Insight and Predict have a 12-month minimum term.
PMS & technical setup
Beacon connects to Apaleo, Mews, Oracle OPERA Cloud and Stayntouch, and to other PMS providers through private integrations. Get in touch to discuss yours. Rate Radar works without any PMS connection.
Rate Radar is ready in minutes. Just enter your hotel and competitors. For Clarity, Insight and Predict, your account is ready straight away, and connecting your PMS takes under 24 hours, often within the hour. Up to two years of past bookings come across when you connect, where available.
As many as you like. Every plan includes unlimited users, so everyone from the board to front of house can see the same figures.
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to named staff with multi-factor authentication, and we only share data with the suppliers who run the service, listed in our privacy policy.
API access is available on Enterprise plans. Get in touch to discuss your integration requirements.
Plan changes & scaling
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current term: the end of the billing month or prepaid year for Rate Radar, and the end of the 12-month term for Clarity, Insight and Predict.
Your data stays in your account when you downgrade. You lose the higher plan’s features, and your history is there again if you upgrade.
Yes. Each property is billed individually, but we offer volume discounts for groups managing multiple hotels. Contact us for a tailored quote.
