Local Event IntelligenceKnow what’s driving demand
before it arrives.
Beacon monitors the events that drive your demand, giving you the lead time to price for them before bookings arrive.
Stop chasing events.
Let them come to you.
Most hotels track local events in spreadsheets, shared calendars, or not at all. Beacon monitors the sources that matter to your property and populates your calendar automatically.

what’s happening locally.
Every property responds to local events differently. The Forecaster learns your patterns, not a generic model applied to every hotel.

Events is Beacon’s local event intelligence module. It automatically tracks concerts, festivals, conferences, sporting events, public holidays, and school holidays near your property. Hotels can also add their own events like weddings, private functions, and corporate bookings. Everything that affects demand lives in one calendar.
During onboarding, Beacon’s team works with your hotel to identify the local venues and event types that drive your demand. Beacon then monitors ticket platforms, venue websites, public holiday databases, and regional event calendars. New events are added to your calendar as they’re announced.
Yes. Weddings, private functions, corporate events, and anything else that affects your hotel’s demand can be added through a simple form. These sit alongside automatically tracked local events, giving you the full demand picture for every date.
Event data feeds directly into forecast calculations. The Forecaster checks historical performance for similar events and adjusts predicted occupancy and revenue accordingly. A Saturday arena concert generates a different forecast adjustment than a Tuesday conference. The model learns these patterns over time.
