A hotel pricing tool for setting and adjusting room rates with competitor data and Forecaster Signals in one view. Rates are pushed directly to your PMS. Click any date to open a detailed view with room type pricing, competitor rates, forecast data, and a full activity log.
Named rules with date ranges and room type grids. A Default rule is always active as the baseline. Custom rules (e.g. School Holidays, Christmas) override the default for their date range. Rules can be activated, disabled, cloned, and deleted.
Yes. Rate Radar’s lowest and highest competitor rates appear directly in the pricing table, in the same row as your own rate. You see where you stand in the market before setting your price.
One click pushes your updated rates to the PMS. Or switch on automatic updates and Beacon pushes them for you as demand shifts. You can turn automatic updates on or off at any time. Every price change is logged with a timestamp, the user who made the change, and the old and new values. The Activity column in the pricing table shows when each date was last adjusted and by whom.

A structured calculator for group booking enquiries. It combines base rates, demand escalation, multiple discount layers, and forecast-based group night availability to produce a per-date, per-room-type rate breakdown. Dates already performing well are protected from group discounts. After the initial calculation, individual dates can be adjusted without recalculating the whole booking. Available on the Predict tier.
Pricing requires a PMS connection and is available on two tiers, each a 1-year contract billed monthly. Insight includes Explorer, Rate Radar, and Pricing: £4 per room per month plus Rate Radar at £91/month, from £251 per month for a 40-room hotel. Predict adds Events and Forecaster at £5 per room per month plus Rate Radar at £91/month, unlocking pricing suggestions and the Group pricing calculator. Smaller properties can get a custom quote.
