One click to push your updated rates directly to the PMS. Every price change is logged with a timestamp, the user who made the change, and the old and new values. The Activity column in the pricing table shows when each date was last adjusted and by whom.

A structured calculator for group booking enquiries. It combines base rates, demand escalation, multiple discount layers, and forecast-based group night availability to produce a per-date, per-room-type rate breakdown. Dates already performing well are protected from group discounts. After the initial calculation, individual dates can be adjusted without recalculating the whole booking. Available on the Predict tier.
